         The Pony Express Mail Center is an independent MPC. They are members of the national trade organization RSA. They subscribe to a code of ethics with customer service being of the highest priority.

         The MPC offers three “commodities;” Choice, convenience, and most importantly, service so that the packing, shipping, and communications needs of other small businesses, home businesses, and the general public can be addressed all in one location.

    •      The Pony Express Mail Center offers shipping through UPS, and DHL. They are an “Authorized Shipping Outlet” for UPS and “Authorized Shipping Centers” for DHL and accept pre-paid drop off’s and returns for all three carriers.
    In addition they offer mailing and shipping services through the US postal service. If customers went to just one of these carriers, they could only find out what that carrier’s service standard and price was but, at the Pony Express Mail Center one can comparison shop among all carriers that the store offers.

         Pony Express Mail Center staff can professionally pack whatever needs to be shipped. Mail is delivered to the Pony Express Mail Center by the post office for distributing to the store’s mail box holders. The Pony Express Mail Center also offers customized services such as receiving parcels from other carriers and a call-in service to determine if mail needs picking up, both services not offered by the post office. They have a mail forwarding service for individuals whose address changes frequently, such as full time RV enthusiasts, traveling salespeople, and clients with international addresses. Most importantly they offer a private mail box (PMB) with a physical address (Brick and Mortar) and not a blind P.O. Box. Pony Express Mail Center is registered with the United States Postal Service as Commercial Mail Receiving agency.
